    • Switching the new ad packages as “sequenced messaging,” allowing advertisers to run consecutive video ads with different creative, within its Discover section, in order to tell one story
  • Facebook Stories, Identical to Instagram and Snapchat
    • Look and feel of the Story feature is almost identical
    • Stories help show your authenticity. You can get a little more personal, a little more informal, and a little more spontaneous. This is what customers, especially those from younger generations, are really getting used to.

  • The “Boycott” trend on social media
    • After Uber lifted surge pricing during a protest at New York’s John F Kennedy airport against Trump’s travel ban, condemnation online was swift
    • #DeleteUber began trending, as people encouraging one another not only to delete the app from their phones, but also to cancel their Uber accounts
    • American consumers are using a different tactic to show their displeasure with companies that take stances that they do not agree with
