- LinkedIn’s Forcing Users to Add Hashtags to Posts, Rolling Out New Profile Format
- LinkedIn started to support clickable hashtags again, after disabling them due to lack of use and questionable fit on the professional social media platform.
- It has been confirmed, by LinkedIn, that they are conducting a test that does force users to add a hashtag in posts.
- LinkedIn has also put out a new profile format on the desktop platform. This favors the left side of the profile and was designed to emphasize the cover graphic.
- The right side of the profile highlights the details about the user (Current Employment, Education, and Number of Connections

- Facebook adds the “Dynamic Language Optimization” tool that allows you to create multilingual ads, helping to expand your audience reach.
- Instagram adds a “Hashtag follow” option that allows you to keep up with your favorite hashtags and showing that content in your news feed on “The Gram”
- LinkedIn has made the “LinkedIn Groups” feature accessible from the homepage while also showing content from your groups in the newsfeed.
